...the feeling of paper in my hands from something i have taken hours and hours and hours to complete and perfect. Real print graphic designers know what im talking about.

The excitement is beginning to build as one of my favorite projects this year gets ready to go to press. The 4-Book series for Rose-Publishing has taken over 720 WOman hours to complete and perfect.

Ive worked closely with head editor and one other editor to complete this project. 112 full color pages of design + stylizing + some writing + color schemes on all four books has been one of the most demanding pieces ive ever worked on.

Its still in its perfection stages but soon VERY soon will be in the BARNES N’ NOBLE + BORDERS store shelves ready for manhandling!

This is the first time i’ve done anything for bookstores and I gotta tell you, it feels really good. I guess this is what a writer feels when they get their first book published and thrown on shelves for purchase. Only in my case its the design end of it.

I’ll do what I do with everything I send to press. I’ll look for it, purchase it, and keep it in my library of print jobs but with a special appreciation for it when i touch the metallic inked covers!
