So I was parked at a meter; it expired I a ticket

I mailed in the payment for the ticket the next day.

3 weeks later my mom calls me and is like what the hell is this ticket I just got in the mail; Im like what,oh my registration is still at ur house and I guess....the payment didn't go through. She says ok Ill pay it for you and you can transfer the funds into my account for it Im like k. So she does.

Today I get a thing in the mail that says my check was lost in the mail and the ticket is unpaid Im like wtf so I go online to check the status of the citation and not only is it not paid, it has decided to multiply so now it's twice as much!!!!!
