Latina magazine in its pan Latina glory is going to tell me how to make a Latin meal in minutes.  OK, I think.  But they keep slapping me with the utmost foulness.  I can't cook, but even if I could, I would NEVER whip up some "Mexican Lasagna".  That is an abomination of Mexican Pizza proportions.

The idea is to layer some goop composed of ground beef, beans, and 1 package of taco seasoning with flour tortillas.  If my ancestors knew what was going down with their creation, they would come take their tortillas back.  Then they top that mess off with Mexican cheese blend.  I have a feeling they don't mean chihuahua and queso fresco.  I'm saying, this recipe is giving me diarrhea just reading about it.  What kind of a sadistic Latino would come up with this madness?  If your Latino peoples have passed down a Mexican Lasagna recipe through the generations, ya should've kept it in the motherland.

I can't believe a magazine calling itself Latina suggests that we eat this.  They don't even have the decency include a well placed Pepto Bismol or Alka Seltzer coupon next to the article.  I won't say more.  I'll leave you to contemplate the photo of this gastronomic monstrosity.
