My people, mi gente…Happy Happy Belated New Year! Participate and grab a plate …of possibilities.  I have been gone for a long time but I’m back, new and improved (but always off the hook). There have been so many exciting new things happening for me. I’m featured in a magazine for my SUPERSIZE beauty and brains ( ok the brains are not supersize but enough to get by), I’ve met some wonderful extraordinary people but right now I want to get into the most important event of all, life altering rocking my world kind of event.

OMG my people…I am in love.

Real love, not that fake ass ish but real, really real love. I can give my entire self- mind body and soul - all of my affections and most of my precious time because this person is worth it.

This person is worthy of all of my goods, of my hopes , my dreams , my humor , my pain there is nothing I won’t share with this person.

So do all you nosy people want who this person is that has won me over?

Ok, ok, stop twisting my arm,

This person is someone you all know (well at least through their artistic side) and this person is funny and sexxxy as hell with Supersize personality.

I am in love with me, me, me and then me again and it is so liberating.

Yes, corny I know.

So sorry to disappoint all you filthy perverts or soap opera heads waiting to read about some hot passionate two strangers on a rainy night intense intimate early am steamy love making rendezvous or two strangers meeting and falling in love at first sight staring into each others eyes and seeing each others souls (although I do have a little bit of both going on in my life…but that’s another blog)

 I have for the first time fallen madly in love with myself and it was long overdue.

I am free of the demons from my past. I have come to terms with the things I needed to do in order to live a better life. I had to get things straight with myself before I could ever think of venturing into a relationship. I do not want to dump my “extra baggage “on someone else.  It was time to clean house. The closets have been emptied of the dark dreary skeletons and the dirty laundry has been washed and aired out/dried and folded neatly and stacked in the miscellaneous drawer for future reference so as not to become a repeat offender. 

I am free,  feeling light as air, running with the gazelles, leaping over tall buildings in a single bound (ok at least going up a flight of stairs without getting winded). 

I am going to take better care of my health. I am going to be more conscience of what goes in my mouth. Move over combintion platter Chicken wings,french fries and hello fish, greens and pineapple.

Move over lounging all day and moving only to go to the fridge and back to the couch and Hola early morning walks and taking the stairs instead.

Move over feeling sad and lonely and welcome the possibility of giving lov and letting in love without reserve or fear.

I love myself from my chubby little toes to my soft thunderthighs to my pointy chin to my noble nose.

I have taken the necessary steps to become the best person I can be and I am ready to continue to obtain knowledge and feed my mind, body and soul nourishing positive substances and to spread that out to everyone I touch.  I am free and on fire and my desire is to inspire!!

My people, mi gente…say a prayer to the Gods, to the ancestors for my strength. The road ahead of me is clear and I am focused but I am also human and room for err is always present.  I am but a baby taking my first steps and need all of the love and support of family, friends and strangers alike. It was a stranger who set off this train of new thought by saying a few simple words to me as I explained to her how conflicted I felt about losing weight because I felt I would lose the part of me that I and everyone else loves, she simply said “You don’t have to be BIG to keep your big personality” and that stranger, Adele Ramos doesn’t even know what a revelation that has been to me. How those few simple words have set off this journey I have embarked on. Thank you Adele, many blessings to you in your life’s journey.

So, my people…come by frequently and say hola or Como le va? Send me some dieting or exercise tips. Or just send some Kudos my way. And I know your nosy asses want to read about my new love and all of that hot steamy passionate stuff but my people the act of love is very sacred to me and I cannot share those kind of details but I will share the feelings this new love has opened up for me.  Thank you for sharing bits and pieces of my life.

Lynx’ Logic:  Sometimes holding on to the past gets in the way of the future and nothing matters more than the present.  Take your challenges day by day and at your own pace but make sure you are doing it for yourself because what matters most is how you see yourself.

Sometimes intense rainy night rendezvous can be totally what you need to enhance embarking on a new journey but make sure the person is worthy because YOU are so worth it and all the possibilities.

On that note I am in love with myself and I have found love with someone worthy who knows and loves my outrageous flirtatious ass and accepts me as I am and I him. I have a beautiful healthy daughter and a wonderful family, true blue ride to die friends and all the nourishment the earth can supply, naturally. The Gods and the ancestors are really looking out for me and I promise to make them and myself proud.
