Episode 3 was quite entertaining and major eye candy involving male models.  Finally menswear challenge!  Football player Tiki Barber wanted a new look for his correspondence on the “Today Show.”  This was a real challenge for all the designers since they are so use to women’s wear. 

Winning designer for this week challenge is Jack. It is a casual pinstripe lavender dress shirt and dark pinstripe slacks. I like Jack’s design, but for this challenge I like Steven’s design better.  Steven’s design for me was more manly and Jack’s seem to be more than “metro sexual” to be worn by Tiki Barber.

I pick Sweet P. as a could -have- been -better -design.  What I think happen with her design was that she heard Tiki say that some of the dress shirts for him were too tight around his neck since he has such a wide neck.  And it seems she was incorporating that.  But on the slender model it looked sloppy.

Designer Carmen did not get a chance to finish a shirt for her design.  That hurt her so bad that she got Auf’d from the show.

Maybe next time it will be children’s wear and have little tots walking on the catwalk.  LOL
